Franklin ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Apple TV Watched May 17, 2024
I love me a really good historical drama complete with accurate attention to detail, and Apple TV’s mini series, Franklin, delivered on every level. I was surprised just how much I loved Michael Douglas in the title roll and how well he played off the excellent cast. I especially enjoyed seeing Eddie Marsan chewing his way through his role as John Adams, fencing beautifully against Michael Douglas.
All in all, a wonderfully lavish production of a fascinating look into a forgotten piece of America’s history.
