Bonjour Everyone — Alexandra here,
I just wanted to stop by and give everyone a quick update on my health and progress so far. And, of course, to say a heartfelt thank you to you all, for all your support and well wishes. It meant a lot to me to read all your kind words. Thank you!
Things are going slowly but in the right direction, and I feel better every day. Also, I have a follow up with the doctor tomorrow to get the latest results of recent tests. So hopefully, I’ll know more about how everything is going. I also have yet another appointment for blood tests on Wednesday and wonder, jokingly, if I have a working vein left for them to draw from?
All joking aside, I’m looking forward to getting back to my old self soon, especially as I have a birthday coming up on March 12th. I would dearly love to celebrate with a slice of cake and a glass of wine.
Meanwhile, know that I have been here and on Mastodon reading your posts and keeping up with what everyone’s doing. And keeping inspired.
