The Night Manager ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2024 TV Show Watched 04 February 2024
I would have scored this TV adaptation of John le Carré’s novel of the same name higher, but … I feel like, as is usual these days, the producers chose to focus not on the cat and mouse game of wits, but the pointless sex and violence instead. Thus, most of the lead characters were about as exciting as a paper cut. The only real performance was by Olivia Colman who, for me at least, stole the entire dreary series.
