This weekend we finally got some sunny dry hot weather that had cruise ship occupants, tourist, and the locals alike enjoying not one, but two festivals here, in the city. We had the Nouveau France long weekend running at the same time the annual arts & craft show down in the old port. So that on both Saturday and Sunday the city centre and old port were jam packed with people.
And yes, we joined the masses. It was fun but tiring, and I’ve never been more thankful for lemonade than I was this weekend. Talk about the need to hydrate.
