One of my favourite destinations here in Québec City, is the botanical gardens at the university Laval—the Jardin Botanique Roger-Van den Hende. I spend so much time there throughout the spring/summer months, and take hundreds of photos of the flowers and wildlife.
Unable to visit due to covid restrictions over the last couple of years, I turned my hand to digitally painting some of my previous flowers, such as this one of white coneflowers (echinacea).
